6. Data, Content, and AI Features

  • You keep ownership of content and data you provide, subject to rights needed for us to deliver services.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content to operate and improve contracted services.
  • AI-assisted outputs are generated probabilistically and require human review before business-critical use.
  • You are responsible for validating final decisions, compliance, and suitability of outputs for your business.

7. Fees and Payments

Paid services, if applicable, are governed by your order form, proposal, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and payable according to the agreed billing terms.

The services may connect with third-party providers (for example, payment, messaging, hosting, analytics, or commerce tooling). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HotSwop, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of services, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When updates are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice consistent with applicable law.
